The Winter room has a queen sized sleigh bed.
The Spring room has a queen sized modified sleigh bed (no foot board) plus a twin day bed on the sunporch.
-For guests with toddlers we have a pack-n-play available and an antique high chair.
-Smart Roku TV in the 2nd floor living room for guests. There are no tv's in the bedrooms.
-Columbus day to the Friday before Memorial Day = 2 night minimum. Memorial day to Columbus Day = 3 night minimum
